By accessing the Puga Trinicare ecosystem (DigiCure, DigiCare, and associated APIs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the platform.

Puga Trinicare is a technology service provider, NOT a medical provider. We facilitate the exchange of health data and provide infrastructure. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For emergencies, contact your local medical authority immediately.

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Healthcare facilities using DigiCure must ensure the accuracy of all clinical data entered. Patients using DigiCare are responsible for the truthfulness of self-reported data.

All code, algorithms, and branding in the Puga Trinicare ecosystem are the exclusive property of Puga Trinicare. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code without written permission.

Facilities are granted a non-exclusive license subject to active subscription fees. Failure to maintain payments may result in restricted access to non-critical data modules.
